Department:Warehouse Operations

Location:Atlanta, GA

Shift: Monday- Thursday 6:00 PM-4:30 AM
What you will do:

  • Manage and lead a team of 15-30 hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environment
  • Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control management
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned area of responsibility.
  • Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvement
  • Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Meet or exceed SCLS corporate safety goals
  • Effectively communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates
  • Coach, train, and mentor associates, allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
  • Conduct annual performance reviews

  • 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementing and managing change

  • Experience working in environments with automation and/or conveyance systems (e.g., conveyor operations, sortation, robotics) preferred
  • High school diploma/GED required

  • Supply chain/logistics experience is a plus, but not required
