Job description

Victoria's Secret Maintenance team supports material handling, mobile equipment, HVAC, and building maintenance to more than three million square feet of distribution space across our four locations in Central Ohio. We have sophisticated material handling conveyors and state-of-the-art sortation systems that are constantly evaluated and upgraded to keep our 24/7 business productive and competitive with a variety of work schedules. Your Role
The Senior/Maintenance Technician performs a variety of skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities in assigned maintenance operations areas which may include buildings, material handling, offices, lighting, electrical systems and plumbing in any of the distribution centers; and performs related work as required.
Location: 3425 Morse Crossing, Columbus, OH 43219
Schedule:Friday thru Sunday 6:00PM to 6:30AM
Your Impact
  • Duties are illustrative and not inclusive and may vary with individual assignments.
  • Performs skilled maintenance activities including performing material handling and automated equipment troubleshooting and repair; electrical system and substation service, plumbing, drywall and painting; office furniture moves and setups.
  • Maintains building, equipment, shop and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Completes work orders for work performed and includes parts and inventory used.
  • Document all work order activities to comply with CMMS requirements, providing documented records of the activities performed.
  • Organizes, schedules, assigns and manages daily activities, productivity/accountability of Facilities Associates and work orders as assigned.
  • Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures/policies and ensure compliance with all company policies, building codes and safety initiatives as assigned.
  • Oversee internal/external projects including scheduling and contractor/vendor interface.
  • Punchlist all assigned projects and tasks to ensure adherence to company standards and specifications.
  • Participate in and monitor all Preventive Maintenance tasks and Inventory Management as assigned.

Your Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience with forklifts, conveyors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics and building maintenance.
  • Proven track record of strong proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Electrical experience with high and low voltage, AC and DC.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Welding skill preferred, but not required.
  • Technical school or training desired.
  • Must be computer literate.
