Driver / Junk Removal Team Member – $15–$30/hr + Tips & Bonuses

Junk King is hiring dependable drivers and team members who want steady work, great earning potential, and an opportunity to grow.

No junk removal experience is required. We will train the right person.

We are looking for people who are reliable, motivated, comfortable talking with customers, and willing to work hard as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

As a Driver / Junk Removal Team Member, you will:

• Drive a Junk King company truck to residential and commercial job sites
• Work with a teammate to remove furniture, appliances, household items, construction debris, and more
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers
• Help customers understand pricing and provide on-site estimates
• Load and unload the truck safely and efficiently
• Sort items for recycling, donation, and disposal
• Collect payment and complete basic job paperwork
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help your team complete each job safely and efficiently
• Represent Junk King professionally in the community

Every day is different. You may help a homeowner clean out a garage in the morning, remove furniture from an office in the afternoon, or assist with an estate or property cleanout.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Safe driving record
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs independently
• Able to perform physical work throughout the day
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong customer service and communication skills
