Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record in management.
Responsibilities 
  • Execute a daily sort of packages for next day delivery
  • Stage and organize packages to their respective routes
  • Open up daily and manage the scan and load process for drivers
  • Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control
  • Have experience in pallet jack use 
  • Coordinate and assign routes nightly to drivers for next day deliveries
  • Enforce uniform standards among drivers
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse & management experience
  • Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Ability to manage drivers and routes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
