Role: Desk Side Engineer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Strong hands-on experience with Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting
2. Laptop/desktop deployment, imaging, configuration using SCCM, Intune or equivalent tools
3. Proficiency troubleshooting MS Office, O365 apps, Teams, VPN, Wi-Fi, and end-user applications
4. Experience supporting hardware issues (Dell/ Surface Pro systems, docks, monitors, peripherals)
5. VIP/Executive support with white-glove service mindset
6. Experience with device refresh cycles, data backup, and data migration (OneDrive/SharePoint)
7. Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, switches/patching)
8. Hands-on support for data center activities (rack & stack, cabling, asset movement)
9. Experience updating & closing ITSM tickets with strong documentation discipline
10. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Experience with SCCM task sequences, Intune, Software deployment, and patching
2. Knowledge of application packaging and enterprise imaging standards
3. IT Service Management (INC, Change, PRB, Knowledge Management)
4. Windows / Hyper V clusters troubleshooting
