The UX Designer in the Central Technologies team will lead the design of intuitive, scalable experiences across player-facing platforms and internal tools. This role focuses on optimizing account management, live operations, and content systems to ensure seamless interactions for both players and internal teams. 

Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and LiveOps, you'll drive clarity, usability, and efficiency across complex ecosystems, while owning key product areas, shaping UX strategy, and driving a systems-thinking approach aligned with both user and business needs. 

In this role you will:
  • Own and drive UX strategy across player platforms and internal tools (LiveOps, CMS, account experiences).
  • Design and optimize complex workflows, ensuring efficient operations and seamless user journeys.
  • Create scalable interaction models that balance internal efficiency with player clarity.
  • Produce wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
  • Leverage research, usability testing, and data insights to identify friction and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and LiveOps to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences while contributing to design systems. 
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design. 
  • Strong portfoliodemonstratingcomplex systems, internal tools, or platform UX. 
  • Experience with live-operated products, SaaS tools, or game-adjacent platforms is a strong asset. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a creative, autonomous, and adaptable way. 
  • Reliable and adaptable, able to contribute quickly and effectively on projects with real constraints. 
  • Strong proficiency in Figma; experience with Adobe tools is a plus. 
Dans ce role tu devras:
  • Definir et piloter la strategie UX sur les plateformes joueurs et les outils internes (LiveOps, CMS, experiences de compte);
  • Concevoir et optimiser des workflows complexes, en garantissant des operations efficaces et des parcours utilisateurs fluides;
  • Creer des modeles d'interaction evolutifs qui concilient efficacite interne et clarte pour les joueurs;
  • Produire des wireframes, des parcours utilisateurs (user flows) et des prototypes haute fidelite dans Figma;
  • T'appuyer sur la recherche, les tests d'utilisabilite et l'analyse de donnees pour identifier les points de friction et generer des ameliorations;

Ce que nous recherchons:
  • Plus de 5 ans d'experience en design UX;
  • Portfolio solide demontrant des systemes complexes, des outils internes ou des experiences UX de plateforme;
  • Une experience avec des produits operes en continu (live), des outils SaaS ou des plateformes liees au jeu est un atout majeur;
  • Capacite averee a collaborer avec des parties prenantes variees, de maniere creative, autonome et adaptable;
  • Personne fiable et flexible, capable de contribuer rapidement et efficacement sur des projets avec de reelles contraintes;
  • Excellente maitrise de Figma; une experience avec les outils Adobe est un plus.

Lela Concepteurtrice UX au sein de l'equipe Technologies centrales pilote la conception d'experiences intuitives et evolutives, a la fois sur les plateformes destinees aux joueurs et sur les outils internes. Ce role se concentre sur l'optimisation de la gestion des comptes, des operations en continu (LiveOps) et des systemes de contenu, afin de garantir des interactions fluides pour les joueurses comme pour les equipes internes.

En collaboration etroite avec les equipes produit, programmation, data et LiveOps, tu favoriseras la clarte, l'utilisabilite et l'efficacite au sein d'ecosystemes complexes. Tu prendras en charge des perimetres produits cles, contribueras a definir la strategie UX et adopteras une approche systemique alignee a la fois sur les besoins des utilisateurs et les objectifs d'affaires.
