The Professional Staff Nurse provides highly competent patient care and treatment while demonstrating empathy and a passion for learning. Shifts/Hours:Our RNs work a rotating 8, 10, and 12-hour schedule based on department needs to ensure respective coverage.

Graduate Nurses must be eligible for State Board Licensure and successfully pass the examination before beginning this role OR ability to start with TPP and must obtain license within 60 days' time of beginning position.

Required for all positions: Other requirements may be needed based on hiring unit

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of PA.
  • Graduate nurses must take the State Board Nursing Examination within 60 days of hire
  • NIHSS upon hire.

In addition to the above the following are unit specific:

  • Telemetry: Certs required (upon hire or within 6 mo) are Basic Cardiac Dysrhythmia & ACLS. NIHSS upon hire.
  • ICU: Certs required (upon hire or within 6mo) are ACLS, Basic Critical Care Nursing Course, & Basic Dysrhythmia Interpretation Course. NIHSS upon hire.
  • ED: Certs required (upon hire or within 6mo) are ACLS & PALS. Basic Cardiac Dysrhythmia Interpretation Course (upon hire or within 1yr). NIHSS upon hire.
  • OR: Certs required (upon hire or within 6 months) ACLS & Basic Cardiac Dysrhythmia Interpretation.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • BCLS (upon hire or within 6 Months
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
  • *Applicable required unit specific licensure, certification, and clearances
