Cleaning Restoration Technician
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 
Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Hours: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Our client, a leading restoration company in the Pacific Northwest, is looking for a Cleaning Restoration Technician to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to build valuable skills, work alongside great people, and help restore homes and businesses after unexpected events. Position Summary
Think of yourself as part detective, part problem-solver, and part restoration expert.
You'll help clean, restore, organize, and protect belongings that have been impacted by fire, water, or smoke damage, giving customers peace of mind during a stressful time.
Responsibilities include:
Cleaning and deodorizing residential and commercial contents
Packing and unpacking customer belongings with care
Operating company vehicles and traveling to local job sites
Tracking and maintaining inventory of restored items
Coordinating repairs for furniture, electronics, rugs, and specialty items
Supporting restoration projects from start to finish
Providing exceptional service and helping customers through the restoration process

Requirements 
Valid, unrestricted driver's license
Previous restoration cleaning or related cleaning experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Effective communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation
Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
