At ProMach, you'll be challenged and rewarded as you help improve packaging performance and shape the future of automation. And we'll be proud to have you on the journey.

Do we have your attention? Keep reading.

We are seeking an exceptional Business Analyst with a passion for leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced analytics to transform business processes in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

This is a high-impact role supporting a growing group of packaging machinery manufacturing companies operating across nine U.S. locations. Reporting to the Business Unit Director of Materials Management, this individual will help shape how AI and data intelligence are used to improve decision-making, automate workflows, streamline operations, and drive measurable business performance. This position is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who combines operational business knowledge with technical curiosity and a proven ability to turn data into action.

Are you passionate about this work?

  • Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions that automate manual processes, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance business visibility.
  • Develop scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support Materials Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Forecasting, Production Planning, and Supplier Performance.
  • Analyze operational and enterprise data to uncover opportunities for cost reduction, improved productivity, and smarter decision-making.
  • Partner with leaders across Materials Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and IT to improve business processes and standardize best practices across multiple facilities.
  • Evaluate and deploy modern technologies, automation tools, and AI applications that create measurable operational value.
  • Collaborate with division leaders and AI champions driving standardization across the business unit where appropriate.
  • Help establish a data-driven operating environment through improved data governance, reporting accuracy, and process discipline.

If this sounds like you, we want to connect!

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing Analytics, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve business processes and decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, materials management, supply chain operations, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and actionable reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Automate, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and influence business decisions.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives in a fast-paced operational environment.
What Will Set You Apart
  • Experience in packaging machinery, industrial equipment, engineered products, or discrete manufacturing.
  • Experience implementing AI-powered workflow automation or predictive analytics.
  • Multi-site manufacturing experience and a track record of operational improvement.
Why This Role Matters

This is an opportunity to help define the future of operational excellence within a growing manufacturing organization. You will have direct visibility with senior leadership and the ability to influence how AI and automation are applied to improve performance, accelerate decision-making, and modernize business operations across multiple facilities.
