Job description

Position: Manufacturing Engineer Salary Range: $110K-$120K Base +10% Bonus Summary Of Job: We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations in a high-volume, technology-driven environment. This position will focus on process optimization, continuous improvement, new product introduction, equipment and tooling qualification, and solving production issues. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with Operations, Quality, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to ensure products are manufacturable, processes are capable and efficient, and production goals are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong analytical skills and experience using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
