About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Technical Project Manager to join our Enterprise Technology Delivery Services team. This individual will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, large-scale digital initiatives — with a primary focus on ERP implementation, D365 Finance configuration, and system integrations within a SaaS-based enterprise environment. As a strategic leader, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, interface with senior stakeholders, and guide high-impact programs that enable innovation, accelerate business value, and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Cross-Functional Delivery: Direct and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex technical programs with clarity, purpose, and measurable business outcomes.
  • ERP/D365 Implementation Oversight: Oversee configuration and integration of Microsoft D365 Finance and related PSA systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with executives and business stakeholders to ensure clear alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Define project scope, success metrics, and resource plans. Drive execution across multiple time zones and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.
  • Agile Project Leadership: Apply Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, LPM, DevOps) to deliver software projects, enhance collaboration, and ensure transparency.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans. Resolve critical issues quickly, using technical expertise and sound decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices in project governance, process optimization, and team collaboration.
  • Reporting & Communication: Create and maintain project plans, dashboards, and executive-level status reports using tools like Jira, PowerBI, and DevOps.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8–11 years of project management experience delivering enterprise software solutions
  • Proven experience leading ERP implementations, ideally involving D365 Finance
  • Hands-on experience managing PSA solutions and system integrations
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, LPM, DevOps)
  • Demonstrated success managing projects in hybrid cloud and SaaS-based environments
  • Experience working across functions such as Finance, CRM (Salesforce), and Data (Azure Data Lake)
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • Ability to work across time zones and adapt to changing business needs
