Job description

As Project Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Leading the business-side implementation of the 3DX PLM system for Completion activities while ensuring business requirements are successfully met.
  • Collaborating with the IT Project Manager, business stakeholders, business analysts, and Subject Matter Experts to optimize the solution and drive project success.
  • Managing all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and project closure.
  • Developing project management plans, schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and other project documentation.
  • Leading project teams, facilitating communication, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment across functional groups.
  • Monitoring project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks while managing change control activities throughout the project.
  • Providing regular, accurate, and timely project status updates to PMO leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Mentoring less experienced project managers and promoting project management best practices throughout the organization.
  • Supporting business transformation initiatives through positive leadership, communication, and change management activities.
  • Maintaining PMP (or equivalent) certification and ensuring successful project delivery in accordance with organizational standards.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of aviation and/or project management experience, including two (2) years supporting PLM system projects; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Current PMP or CAPM certification required.
  • Fluency in French and strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project (or similar project management tools), and JIRA.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, team-building, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading project teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
  • Preferred experience with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) PLM, business analysis, and enterprise system implementations.
  • Preferred Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or Aerospace & Defense industry background.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including potential travel to France.
  • Must be able to work extended or off-hours as needed to meet project deadlines.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
