Solutions Engineer Two Jobs in Atlanta, GA (NOW HIRING)

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced AI Powered Forward Deployed Engineer to help bridge the gap between business challenges and enterprise AI solutions. This highly visible role will work alongside business leaders, architects, engineers, cybersecurity teams, and product stakeholders to identify high value AI opportunities and transform them into production ready solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in software engineering, cloud development, platform engineering, or enterprise integrations and has expanded into practical AI implementation. You will lead the design, development, deployment, and operationalization of enterprise AI applications while helping establish best practices and standards for a growing AI Center of Excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases based on value, feasibility, and business impact

• Design, architect, and deploy secure, scalable AI powered applications from concept through production

• Build enterprise solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation techniques

• Develop APIs, integrations, microservices, and cloud native services that enable AI functionality across enterprise platforms

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, data, and product teams to ensure successful delivery and compliance with enterprise standards

• Implement CI CD pipelines, automation frameworks, monitoring, and observability capabilities for AI solutions

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and frameworks for enterprise adoption and production readiness

• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and engineering best practices while contributing to the AI Center of Excellence

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 9 or more years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, integration development, or solution engineering

• Recent hands on experience designing and delivering enterprise AI or Generative AI solutions in production environments

• Strong experience with Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, and evaluation methodologies

• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or comparable programming languages

• Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs, microservices, and cloud native applications

• Experience working within Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or comparable cloud environments

• Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, CI CD pipelines, enterprise integration patterns, identity management, authentication, authorization, and access controls

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, analytical, and problem solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Amazon Bedrock, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or comparable enterprise AI platforms

• Experience implementing agentic AI, AI assistants, or advanced retrieval solutions within enterprise environments

• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and risk management practices

• Experience with vector databases, enterprise data platforms, MLOps tools, and AI evaluation frameworks

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform

• Experience operating within large scale enterprise technology environments with complex integration requirements
