Job description

About Us

Continu is a Modern Enablement platform used by some of the world's most innovative companies. We believe that workplace learning should be beautiful, social, and deeply connected to the tools companies use. The challenge is that most workplace tools feel like they were built in the 90s, often outdated, clunky, and leave a lot to be desired.

That's why Continu exists. We started in 2012 and have been helping organizations transform workplace learning for over a decade. Joining our team means you're driven, curious, eager to solve complex problems, and excited to work alongside a highly collaborative team.

The Role

This is a senior, enterprise-level customer-facing technical role focused on solution design, implementation leadership, integrations, and strategic consulting.

You will partner with customers throughout their journey with Continu, helping them design scalable solutions, implement the platform successfully, navigate technical requirements, and maximize long-term value. You'll work directly with Learning, HR, IT, Security, and Operations teams to solve complex business and technical challenges while serving as a trusted advisor throughout implementation and beyond.

This role combines the consultative mindset of a Solutions Consultant, the technical aptitude of a Solutions Engineer, and the ownership mentality of an Implementation Lead. You will play a critical role in helping enterprise customers move from requirements gathering to successful launch while driving exceptional customer outcomes.

What "Enterprise" Means at Continu

In this role, enterprise customers typically include:

  • 1,000+ employee organizations
  • Multiple regions, business units, and learner audiences
  • Complex HRIS, SSO, and integration requirements
  • Senior stakeholders across L&D, HR, Compliance, IT, and Operations
  • Executive alignment required across implementation and adoption initiatives
What You'll Do
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops with customers
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on platform capabilities, implementation strategy, and best practices
  • Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through go-live
  • Develop implementation plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication plans
  • Facilitate customer workshops focused on business requirements, data mapping, integrations, and platform configuration
  • Lead HRIS data mapping exercises and advise customers on organizational structure, provisioning, and reporting design
  • Design and validate user provisioning strategies using HRIS platforms, SFTP, APIs, and identity providers
  • Guide customers through SSO, integrations, reporting structures, and organizational hierarchy design
  • Deliver administrator training, enablement sessions, and customer workshops
  • Support enterprise security reviews, compliance discussions, and technical evaluations
  • Create implementation documentation, solution designs, and technical recommendations
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools and modern technologies to accelerate implementations, improve data quality, solve customer challenges, and streamline integration workflows
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Capture customer feedback and advocate for customer needs internally
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Implementations, or similar customer-facing SaaS roles
  • Experience leading complex enterprise software implementations
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, BambooHR, ADP, UKG, or similar workforce management systems
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SFTP, SaaS integrations, and data workflows
  • Experience with SSO technologies and identity providers such as Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Ability to facilitate technical discovery, requirements gathering, data mapping, and solution design workshops
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Comfortable working with structured data including CSV, JSON, user provisioning files, organizational hierarchies, and reporting structures
  • Experience troubleshooting integration, provisioning, and data quality challenges
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to accelerate problem solving and solution delivery
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable engaging with executives, project teams, IT leaders, and system administrators
  • Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Experience in EdTech, Customer Education, LMS, HR Technology, or adjacent enterprise SaaS is preferred
What Success Looks Like
  • Customers launch successfully and achieve their implementation objectives
  • Complex technical requirements are translated into scalable, supportable solutions
  • Stakeholders view you as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey
  • Integration, provisioning, and data challenges are proactively identified and resolved
  • Customers adopt platform best practices and realize measurable business value
  • Internal teams rely on your expertise to solve complex customer challenges and improve implementation outcomes
Benefits
  • Meaningful equity participation
  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible PTO and a company-wide wellness week
  • Hybrid role — 3 days per week in our NYC headquarters
