 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions for enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture, guide development teams, and ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, and other engineering applications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect end-to-end Teamcenter PLM solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Lead Teamcenter implementation, configuration, customization, and upgrades.
  • Define system architecture, data models, and integration frameworks for Teamcenter.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable PLM solutions.
  • Integrate Teamcenter with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA), and other enterprise applications.
  • Provide technical leadership to development and configuration teams.
  • Ensure best practices in Teamcenter deployment, performance tuning, and security.
  • Define PLM governance, standards, and architecture guidelines.
  • Support data migration, system upgrades, and release management activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide architectural guidance.

Required Skills
  • Strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter architecture and solution design.
  • Experience with Teamcenter modules such as BOM Management, Workflow, Change Management, and Document Management.
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace).
  • Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD systems (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks).
  • Hands-on experience with Teamcenter deployment, upgrades, and configuration.
  • Understanding of PLM data models and product lifecycle processes.
