(Must have Mobile/Wireless domain & expertise in Amdocs CES & CRM / Billing / Middleware)

OVERVIEW:
The Solution Architect is part of a high-performing team responsible for the development and implementation of complex information technology projects and initiatives. The Technical Solution Architect must be able to solve complex problems that may have wide impact, requiring high levels of functional integration and involving multiple disciplines to be managed. This role requires the capacity to serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on behalf of the IT organization. This position will work closely with all lines of business for this client.
Minimum 5 years experience in designing and integrating systems within the Mobile/Wireless domain
Minimum 2 years experience/expertise in Amdocs CES
Expertise in CRM / Billing / Middleware / Order Management System
Ability to define integration strategies to connect multiple systems.
Solid understanding of the Lead to Cash Process
Proven ability to identify pain points within an ecosystem and design solutions utilizing process and systems to resolve those pain points
Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and influence technical and business resources at all levels within an organization
Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand business functions and requirements and translate those requirements into solution designs and architectures
