This full-time remote position allows you to deliver innovative and evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients across Dallas, Texas, and beyond. As a vital part of our practice, you will play an integral role in fostering holistic well-being and enhancing the quality of life for those you serve.

About the Organization

Tree of Life Behavioral Supervision Techniques, Inc. is dedicated to providing personalized mental health solutions that empower individuals to overcome their challenges and thrive. Our remote setting not only offers flexibility in your work schedule but also allows you to create a unique therapeutic environment that suits both you and your clients. By leveraging advanced telehealth systems, you can effectively engage with a diverse clientele while benefiting from administrative support that handles scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Our clients are individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. We serve a diverse population with varying backgrounds and experiences, emphasizing culturally competent care that respects individual differences. As a mental health counselor at Tree of Life, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients’ lives by guiding them through their recovery journey and helping them cultivate resilience.

Qualifications
  • A current, state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and maintain a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a telehealth setting or those who have specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, a retirement savings plan, and reimbursement opportunities for continuing education.
