Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager

Duration: Long Term

Location: Washington, DC

Deliverables:

  • Approved baseline requirements specification.
  • Recommendation approaches for Metro One Badge Solution.
  • Statement of Work for Metro One Badge Solution based on approved concept.
  • Work breakdown structure, milestones, and independent random order of magnitude for approved concept.
  • Project Management Plan

Supplemental Duties:

  • Minimum five years experience delivering enterprise solutions to medium to large organizations.
  • Expert in access control, to include personnel vetting, badging, access control, training, and policy.
  • Expert in determining full solutions for transit and transportation organizations, spanning the full spectrum of an implementation, to include requirements, policy development, organizational change, and system Page 4 of 4 implementation.
  • Experience handling sensitive information.
  • Extensive experience leading business analyst tasks and coordinating the requirements gathering process.
  • PMP Certification.
  • The ability to interface with executive client personnel for presentations, briefings, and status and progress reports, as well as conduct line-level interviews.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills. 9. Thorough understanding of project lifecycles.
  • Exceptional written communications, and adaptable to general writing styles, and capable of interpreting multiple requirements and documents into a single comprehensible document, as well as reviewing and correcting technical business process documentation.
  • Experience in MS Word, MS, Excel, MS Project, and MS Visio tools.
  • Adept at exercising judgment and a high level of analytical skills in solving functional and technical problems.
  • Accountable for business and system requirements management, to include analysis and development, modification, and verification and validation.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint preferred.
