Location: This role is fully remote within the US.

Duration: Starting off at 1 month (first phase of discovery) with high likelihood of extension though mid 2027

In this role, you'll be working directly with a Slalom Program Lead.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and communicate the overall solution vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage business requirements based on organizational goals and expected outcomes.
  • Align stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure shared understanding and commitment.
  • Drive future-state process design and make decisions that support long-term business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker for solution scope, priorities, and business tradeoffs.
  • Partner with delivery teams, architects, and subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Evaluate solution performance and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes and value realization.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities that may impact solution success.
  • Support organizational readiness, adoption, and change management activities as needed.
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in Solution Ownership, Product Ownership, Business Transformation, Business Analysis, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable solution requirements and priorities.
  • Experience driving business process improvement and future-state operating model design.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
  • Background working with Agile delivery teams.
  • Experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or technology-enabled business change.
  • Consulting experience or experience partnering with executive stakeholders.
