Job description

Responsible for collaborating with clients to configure software solutions in pre-production and production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and perform system build, testing and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology

  • Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments

  • Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies

  • Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership

  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issues

  • Assist clients and project teams in current state analysis of department workflows.

  • Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives

  • Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience

  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Decision making skills

  • Flexibility

  • Comfort with ambiguity

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
