Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Expertise in Teamcenter PLM architecture, BMIDE, Active Workspace, workflows, and data model management.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering processes including EBOM, MBOM, configuration, and change management.
• Experience with Digital Thread and Digital Twin implementation across the aerospace product lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Teamcenter integrations with NX, CATIA, SAP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience in Teamcenter customization using ITK, RAC, Java, and Active Workspace extensions.
• Knowledge of aerospace compliance standards such as AS9100, FAA, EASA, DO-178C, and DO-254.
• Strong understanding of product structure, effectivity, variant management, and traceability requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Define and design end-to-end Teamcenter PLM solutions aligned with aerospace business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable PLM solution architectures.
• Lead Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, migration, and integration initiatives.
• Drive standardization of aerospace engineering, configuration, and change management processes.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and mentoring to project teams.
• Ensure seamless integration and data consistency across CAD, ERP, MES, and PLM ecosystems.
• Support regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, performance optimization, and continuous improvement activities.

• 10+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM solution design, implementation, and architecture within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
• Strong expertise in Teamcenter modules including Product Structure Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Active Workspace.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD applications (NX, CATIA, Creo) and enterprise systems such as SAP/ERP and MES.
• Knowledge of aerospace proc esses, Digital Thread, MBSE, BOM Management, and regulatory compliance requirements including ITAR/EAR.
• Hands-on experience with BMIDE, ITK, SOA, REST APIs, data migration, upgrades, and cloud-based PLM deployments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, solution consulting, leadership, and communication skills with experience leading global PLM transformation programs.
Base Salary Range : $140,000 to $180,000 Per Annum
