Interns often collaborate with cross-functional teams, document technical solutions, and may participate in client meetings or technical presentations. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in IT architecture and project delivery, serving as a stepping stone to more advanced roles in technology.

Our offering enables tenants to live in attractive, urban environments within close proximity to public transportation and amenities. We are rapidly growing, changing, and improving every aspect of our business model for the future needs of urban housing and planning. We currently own and manage 22 properties across Puget Sound and are planning and designing an additional 5,000 units to our assets under management.

As an ARCHITECT of our multi-family housing projects, your primary responsibility is to assist in the planning, design, and execution of new multi-family building designs.

  • Research and Innovation: You are encouraged to stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and sustainable practices in multi-family housing. Research and incorporating innovative design solutions, energy-efficient systems, and sustainable building materials into your projects will promote the BODE specifications. BODE understands that there are many options available for continued education, and supports reasonable time allotted to pursue such venues.
