Job description

Technology Consultant

Department: Sales   |   Reports To: President  |   Location: Henderson, NV   |   Hybrid, Full-Time

Overview

Hyper Networks helps companies make smarter technology decisions across cybersecurity, cloud, networking, connectivity, and AI automation. As a Technology Consultant, you'll build and own a book of enterprise accounts, becoming the go-to advisor for clients navigating cybersecurity, cloud, and AI-driven change. Senior Technology Consultants carry our most established accounts and mentor newer TCs.

What You'll Do

•     Build and run your own book of enterprise accounts: prospect, close, and grow revenue against your quota

•     Become the trusted advisor clients call first on cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and AI, backed by partners

•     Own the full deal cycle: discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close

•     Lead client meetings and make sure every solution you sell actually delivers

•     Manage your pipeline and forecast in HubSpot, and keep renewals and Quarterly Business Reviews on track

•     Represent Hyper Networks at industry events and build your referral network

•     Mentor TC Associates and support account coverage (Senior Technology Consultant)

What You Bring

•     3–5+ years of B2B technology, telecom, or solutions sales experience (5+ years for Senior tier). Also open to a technical/engineering background (network engineers, solutions architects, and similar) without heavy formal sales experience, as long as you've got the personality for sales and a proven ability to close

•     Working knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and connectivity solutions

•     Proven track record of hitting quota and growing a book of business

•     Strong discovery, negotiation, and presentation skills

•     Comfortable with CRM discipline (HubSpot) and accurate forecasting

Our Values

Be Humble. Be Hungry. Be Smart. Customer Obsessed. We're looking for people who live these out every day, not just recite them.

Compensation & Benefits

•     Base salary: $100,000–$150,000, plus uncapped commission

•     Medical, dental, and vision

•     401(k) with company match

•     Unlimited PTO and hybrid schedule after 90 days

Ready to build a real book of business and a real career? Apply now and join the team at Hyper Networks.
