Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Engineer Manager to join our Falcon Shocks engineering team and lead design, development, and validation efforts for advanced suspension and shock absorber systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical design, product development, and testing, with a passion for automotive performance and innovation.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of suspension and shock absorber components from concept through production.
Perform engineering analysis, modeling, and simulation to optimize performance, durability, and manufacturability.
Oversee prototype builds, testing, and validation—including vehicle and dyno‑based shock tuning.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and testing.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
