Job description

PROFILE
The SolidCAM Client Executive is responsible for growing revenue by managing existing customer relationships and developing new business within an assigned territory. This role focuses on helping manufacturing customers understand and adopt TriMech's CAM software, services, and technical solutions through a consultative, value-based sales approach.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive 30% existing customer growth and 70% new business development
  • Initiate sales activities to inspire, educate and develop account relationships for CAM Software, training and services, and TriMech's solutions
  • Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted manufacturing solutions advisor
  • Identify customer challenges and present tailored CAM solutions
  • Collaborate with technical and partner resources to deliver complete solutions
  • Provide territory management data including forecasts, account management documentation, activity reports and a working business plan for the assigned territory to management utilizing Salesforce CRM
  • Prospect through outbound activity, OEM leads, trade shows, and events
  • Continually engage with clients and prospects within assigned territory
  • Meet or exceed sales quota as assigned by Sales Manager

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-5 years of software or technology solution sales experience
  • 2+ years of solution-based or manufacturing/engineering sales preferred
  • Proven B2B sales success with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward aggressive goals
  • SolidCAM, SOLIDWORKS, or manufacturing software experience a plus
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Exceptional ability to function in a team environment, appreciate aggressive sales goals, superior communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Products
