Are you a skilled Soldering Associate looking for a new opportunity? This temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-known lab equipment manufacturer is the place to be! This company is all about growth and recognizing the dedication and hard work of their employees. They’re looking for someone with your skills and experience to join their Soldering team. 

Job Duties: 

  • Soldering: Hand-solder through-hole and surface-mount components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following engineering drawings and assembly instructions. 

  • Assembly: Assemble and install small-scale electronic and mechanical components into enclosures for animal testing equipment. 

  • Inspection: Conduct visual and functional inspections of solder joints and assemblies to ensure compliance with IPC standards and internal quality criteria. 

  • Rework & Repair: Identify and correct soldering or assembly defects using appropriate tools and techniques. 

  • Documentation: Accurately record work performed and maintain production logs as required by company policies or regulatory standards. 

Schedule:  

Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4PM
