We’re helping families access New Mexico’s state-regulated Community Solar Program alongside Affordable Solar, one of the state’s longest-standing solar companies with more than 25 years of experience.
New projects are coming online now with additional in-state projects expected over the next several years.
We are actively building local outreach teams now as new community solar projects begin enrolling subscribers across New Mexico.

Two Ways to Succeed in This Role:
This role is expected to involve a balance of direct outreach, community events, tabling, referrals, follow-up conversations, working with community-based partners, and helping customers complete enrollments in person or online.
1. Sales-Focused
- Comfortable with direct outreach and customer conversations
- Guide households through a simple enrollment process
- Motivated by performance-based earnings
2. Community / Marketing-Focused
- Experience with events, outreach, or community organizations
- Build relationships and connect people to the program
- Support outreach through events, tabling, and local partnerships

Compensation & Structure
- Independent Contractor (1099) performance-based opportunity
- Flexible schedule - part-time or full-time
- Weekly advances against earned commissions may be available for qualified enrollments
- Full-time workers consistently following the outreach process may achieve compensation equivalent to approximately $75/hour or $75,000-$125,000 annually depending on production and customer retention
