Description
Kept Companies is the largest self-performing commercial cleaning and maintenance company in the nation. With nine leading brands and over 100 locations nationwide servicing industries including restaurant, solar, retail, transportation, and supermarket. Kept Companies is the leading provider of commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services.
Responsibilities
  • Travel throughout assigned service areas to locate and retrieve shopping carts.
  • Inspect carts and complete minor repairs using standard hand and power tools.
  • Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
  • Identify damaged carts or equipment and report issues to management.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Assist with additional duties as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving history.
  • Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
  • Able to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience using basic hand and power tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in field service, route work, inventory recovery, customer service, or similar hands-on roles is preferred but not required.
