What You’ll Do

  • Respond to company-provided and self-generated leads.

  • Conduct in-home comfort consultations and system evaluations.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend customized HVAC and indoor air quality solutions.

  • Present equipment options, maintenance memberships, warranties, and financing solutions.

  • Utilize the One Hour Sales System during every appointment.

  • Deliver value-based presentations that focus on solving customer needs.

  • Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, financing documents, and contracts.

  • Professionally overcome objections and close sales with integrity.

  • Coordinate with service technicians, installers, dispatch, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Maintain communication with customers before, during, and after installation.

  • Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.

  • Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and follow all company safety standards.
