Maurice Electric, An affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Annapolis, MD location.
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via phone and email with accuracy and urgency.
  • Provide quotes on pricing, delivery, and payment terms; suggest alternative products when needed.
  • Support outside sales representatives by managing transactions, quotes, and order follow-ups.
  • Track open orders, backorders, and project statuses to ensure timely customer communication.
  • Build strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable and solution-oriented service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including credit, warehouse, and counter sales as needed.
  • Recommend and help implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical distribution required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Eclipse or Solar ERP is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with basic math and product comparisons; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Onsite work required
