Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial solar projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar commercial construction management, excellent time management skills, and a thorough understanding of electrical systems and codes. This role requires effective communication and leadership abilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of solar project development, including planning, execution, and final delivery.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and forecasts for project cost.
  • Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
  • Implement system design strategies that meet client requirements while adhering to industry standard
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate project schedules and resources.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

Qualifications
