We're Hiring | HSE Manager – Solar Project | Kentucky

EOSOL is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join a photovoltaic project in Kentucky, USA.

We are seeking a professional to lead and oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities on site, ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting the successful execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all HSE activities throughout project execution
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and project requirements
  • Conduct and oversee risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Promote and strengthen a proactive safety culture across all project teams
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site personnel regarding HSE matters
  • Prepare and maintain HSE reports, KPIs, and project documentation
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an HSE Manager in construction, industrial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
