SunVena Solar is seeking a visionary, results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue-generating functions across the organization. The CRO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth strategy while overseeing sales, marketing, channel partnerships, customer acquisition, and revenue operations. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CRO will drive sustainable growth, maximize profitability, and ensure alignment between all customer-facing departments. This leader will be accountable for achieving aggressive revenue targets while maintaining the exceptional customer experience and operational excellence that have made SunVena one of the highest-rated solar companies in the nation.
Requirements
  • Develop and execute the Company's short-term and long-term revenue growth strategy.
  • Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue goals and performance metrics.
  • Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining profitability objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer demand to guide business decisions.
  • Provide executive leadership and oversight for all sales organizations, including inside sales, field sales, channel sales, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and performance management systems.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all revenue-producing departments.
  • Drive customer acquisition strategies that maximize growth while maintaining efficiency.
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, revenue reporting, and business intelligence.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to improve operational effectiveness and sales performance.
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts and provide regular reporting to the CEO and ownership team.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve revenue performance.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with financing partners, manufacturers, vendors, referral partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales and revenue functions.
  • 5+ years of executive-level leadership experience with direct accountability for revenue.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue operations and meeting aggressive growth targets.
  • Strong capabilities in analytical, financial, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
