Job Descriptions:

Essential Function:

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects and programs including but not limited to engineering projects, new equipment installation, new product introduction, facilities projects, and cost reduction. The Program Manager will lead US based cross-functional efforts to establish and operationalize a new manufacturing facility overseas. This role is pivotal to Silfex's strategic expansion in the region and requires deep expertise in greenfield development, international coordination, and production ramp-up. This position will report to the Manager of Program Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Program Execution & Coordination

  • Serve as the U.S.-based Program/Project Manager responsible for coordinating and executing all U.S.side activities supporting a greenfield manufacturing expansion in India.
  • Execute against the overall program direction, integrated master schedule, and priorities defined by the Program Director located in India, who owns the endtoend program plan and schedule.
  • Act as the primary execution liaison between U.S. sending sites and the India greenfield site to ensure alignment, readiness, and timely delivery of all required inputs.

CrossFunctional Leadership

  • Assemble, coordinate, and lead crossfunctional core teams across engineering, supply chain, facilities, operations, quality, and support functions to deliver program objectives.
  • Partner closely with functional leaders to gather requirements, sequence activities, and ensure deliverables are aligned with business priorities and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives.
  • Facilitate decisionmaking across cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs, escalating issues and recommendations as appropriate.

Integrated Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed integrated program schedules for U.S.owned deliverables, aligned to global milestones and the India site ramp plan.
  • Coordinate timelines for equipment readiness, documentation, training, and process transfer to ensure smooth transitions across program phases.
  • Support the migration and maintenance of program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies within Planview to enable enterprise visibility and governance.

Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management

  • Establish and actively manage program risk registers, identifying schedule, resource, technical, and execution risks.
  • Drive mitigation plans, track actions to closure, and escalate risks that threaten program milestones, quality, or readiness.
  • Proactively manage interdependencies between U.S. sending sites and the India receiving site to maintain program momentum.

Greenfield Program Lifecycle Support

  • Support the full lifecycle of greenfield expansion activities, including facility design input, equipment rampup, pilot production, and transition to highvolume manufacturing.
  • Coordinate all U.S.side deliverables required for India site readiness, including:
    • Equipment shipments, installation plans, and commissioning support.
    • Process documentation, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing standards.
    • Training materials, knowledge transfer plans, and onsite support resources.
    • Quality benchmarks, performance metrics, and readiness criteria.
  • Ensure U.S. deliverables are completed on schedule and meet defined success criteria for productivity, cost of ownership, and quality.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Develop and deliver clear, concise, and actionable communications for leadership and crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Provide regular program status updates, progress reporting, and datadriven insights to support management decisionmaking.
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment across global stakeholders, supporting consistent understanding of priorities, risks, and expectations.

Continuous Improvement & Governance

  • Ensure projects and activities are prioritized in alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program execution processes, governance, and crosssite coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to program management standards, operating rhythms, and enterprise governance expectations.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience. 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience with greenfield initiatives & global program launch experience.
  • Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite of products (Power BI, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP.
  • Experience with Planview Project Management Tools preferred; MS Project or Primavera experience is also acceptable.
  • Demonstrated successes with lifecycle program management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with engineering principles, supply chain processes, manufacturing processes, quality control process, and product development.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage conflict resolution, negotiation, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously in fast paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong project management skills and leadership abilities supporting completion of target deliverables and KPIs.

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 30 - 50% international travel may be required periodically to support global program execution, crosssite coordination, greenfield project activities, stakeholder alignment, supplier engagement, and key program milestones. Travel frequency and duration will vary based on program phase and business needs.
