Location: This position is located in Walnut Creek, CA, and requires a minimum of 4 days in office per week.

PositionSummary

TheSales OperationsSpecialistis responsible for the management of the business relationship with existing clients and prospects and supporting all steps of the sales and distribution cycle such as quoting, purchase order confirmation, product allocation, invoicing, products distribution and claim management of sales team for the US Division.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provides overall supportforsales operations and purchase order execution / purchase order fulfillment with clients in our US Division.

  • Manage the order management process from quoting to finish using CRM/ERP tools.

  • Review and process client orders/contractswitha highlevelof accuracy.

  • Actively involved inthe RFPand contract execution process.

  • Use your attention to detail and organizational abilities to track and follow-up on orders.

  • Manage the relationship with thesalesperson,clientand relevant stakeholders. Address and resolvekey clients' complaints. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

  • Coordination and completion ofmodule deliverieson time and within scope.Monitoring the contract progress and ensuring required documentationissubmittedon time to customers.

  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projectdeliveriesby arranging recurring meetings.

  • Ensure product availability and allocation.Closely workingwith planning team on order allocation and fulfillment.

  • Provide clients with status ofcontracted deliveriesandconfirm delivery schedules.

  • Provide clients with technical and administrative product information and analysis.

  • Collaborate with billing for project invoicing and credit department for any AR issues/client credit availability.

  • Partners with order fulfillment andlogisticstoexecute client orders successfully.

  • Remains in close communication with Regional Sales Managers toidentifysales strategy with each account (pricing, terms, product, availability, etc.).

  • Perform other related duties asassigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3years' experienceB2B sales support, account management, or client services experiencepreferred

  • AA/BA/BSdegreepreferred

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Solar Industry a plus but notrequired

  • Proficiencyin databases & analytical tools like SAP, Salesforce, andexpertisein Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel,Wordand Outlook)

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly,conciselyand professionally

  • Results oriented, organized, highly motivated, and creative

  • Ability to prioritize andmulti-task

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

CompensationandBenefits:

Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement. Our generous benefits package includes a 401(k) Retirement Plan, medical/dental/life/disability program,PTOand sick days. This is afull timeposition.

The pay range for this position is $100,000-- $120,000. This rangerepresentsannual base salary only, without regard to location, and does not include bonuses or incentives that pay quarterly or benefits that may apply. The pay range for this role is subject to change.
