A local company is seeking a dependable and motivated Crew Leader to lead and support field technicians in window and exterior cleaning services. This role works directly under the supervisor and is responsible for keeping the crew organized, on task, and delivering high-quality results on job sites. The crew leader works alongside the team daily and ensures assigned tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and work alongside a team performing window cleaning and exterior services including pressure washing, house washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, fence cleaning, deck cleaning, solar panel cleaning, rust removal, gutter cleaning, Christmas lighting installation, landscape lighting, screen repairs, and more.
  • Delegate daily tasks as outlined by the supervisor
  • Ensure crew members stay on schedule and complete assigned duties
  • Maintain quality control standards on-site
  • Enforce safety procedures and proper equipment usage
  • Ensure ladders, lifts, and tools are used and maintained properly
  • Keep communication clear between crew members and supervisors
  • Assist with hands-on cleaning and project completion
  • Promote teamwork and maintain a positive job-site environment
Requirements:
