Join our dynamic team in Houston, TX, as a Solar Panel Warehouse Worker! In this role, you will play a crucial part in the renewable energy sector, helping to ensure that solar panels are efficiently stored, managed, and distributed. Pay Rates

Day Shift (8:00 Am- 8:00 PM) $15.00/hour

Night Shift (8:00 Pm-8:00 AM) $15.75/hou

Employees who succesfully Complete 30 days of training will receive a $2.00 /hour pay increase.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming solar panel shipments for quality and accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage of solar panels.
  • Prepare and package solar panels for shipment to customers and installation sites.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
