2nd Shift 15% -Differential & 3rd Shift 22.5% Differential

????Your Role:

As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key part in our daily operations, ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals. You will manufacture medical products/components using manual and/or Laser/CNC/NC machine tools such as mill, lathe, grinder or EDM, applying industry standard machine tool techniques to ensure customer product requirements and Tegra Medical requirements are met.

????️ Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment.
  • Assemble, inspect, and package finished goods.
  • Follow safety and quality protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors

???? Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime
