Job Description:

Seeking Solar Laborers to support utility‑scale solar projects. Candidates will perform general labor duties, assist crews, and support commissioning activities on active job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Perform general labor tasks on solarconstruction sites

·        Will be helping with the installation ofmechanical components to the existing solar arrays.

·        Use hand tools and light power tools (drills,impact drivers)

·        Follow all safety and PPE requirements

Requirements:

·        Experience as a Solar Installer/Laborer or construction labor

·        Ability to work 8 hours/day, 5 days/week

·        Comfortable working outdoors in high‑temperature conditions

·        Experience with hand and light power tools
