Job description

The Installer will install all our products including shower doors, mirrors, bath accessories, closet shelving and windows coverings.
Essential Functions:

  • Install window coverings, mirrors, shower doors & closet organization systems.
  • Communicate with Install Coordinator to track details and deadlines.
  • Manage job site communication.
  • Assist in delivery and moving of material in and out of the work site.
  • Uphold job site safety standards.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of installed products.

Competencies: 
  • Self-directed and able to work independently, punctual, dependable and manages time effectively.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills. Friendly, courteous, pleasant with all customers, coworkers, leads, supervisors and General Contractors.
  • Basic hand and power tools experience
  • Practice job site safety and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Current, valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check, drug test and clean driving record.
  • Stress tolerance in a physical and busy environment.

Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities required for this role.

Work Environment:
  • Indoor / Outdoor at commercial developments, apartment complexes, businesses and homes.

Physical Demands:
  • Heavy Lifting required occasionally over 50 lbs. Ability to climb up and down ladders and walk up and down steps.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:
  • This is a full-time position.
  • The hours of work are Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week.
  • Schedules may vary based on business needs.
