# Solar Installer Crew – Contract Position


**Location:** Southern California

**Position Type:** Contract / Project-Based

**Travel:** Candidates willing to travel are encouraged to apply.


### Job Description


We are looking for an experienced **Solar Installer Crew** to join our team on a contract basis for residential and/or commercial solar installation projects throughout Southern California.


The ideal crew should be reliable, safety-conscious, experienced with solar installations, and able to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.


### Responsibilities


* Install residential and/or commercial solar PV systems.

* Mount solar panels and related equipment.

* Install racking, rails, flashing, and other mounting components.

* Perform electrical and mechanical installation work within applicable qualifications.

* Follow project plans, installation guidelines, and safety requirements.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area.

* Complete installations according to project schedules and quality standards.

* Coordinate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and other trades.

* Troubleshoot installation issues when necessary.


### Requirements


* Previous solar installation experience required.

* Experience working as a solar installation crew is preferred.

* Ability to work safely at heights and on rooftops.

* Reliable transportation and necessary tools/equipment.

* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
