Role Summary

As a Solar Installer, you will install residential solar energy systems safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for roof-mounted solar installations, system commissioning, material management, and ensuring every installation complies with company safety standards, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and applicable building codes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install residential solar energy systems, including array layout, racking, modules, and system components

  • Load and unload materials at the warehouse and job site, ensuring all necessary materials are organized and available

  • Install and commission solar energy systems according to engineering plans, manufacturer specifications, and site conditions

  • Install mounting hardware, roof attachments, flashing, and weatherproofing to maintain system integrity

  • Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC), local building codes, and company installation standards
