 Join a Small Team That Moves Fast and Builds Big


We're looking for a Commercial Solar Foreman who knows how to lead from the front. If you're the type of leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, holds your crew to a high standard, and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty, we want to hear from you.

We're a small but fierce commercial solar company serving the entire state of New Mexico. We work hard, move fast, and expect our leaders to set the pace. Every day starts at full speed, and we're looking for someone who can keep their crew motivated, productive, and safe while delivering quality work.

Schedule
  •  Monday through Thursday 
  • 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Three-day weekends every week!
What You'll Do
  • Lead commercial solar installation crews on projects throughout New Mexico.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Keep your team productive, accountable, and motivated.
  • Coordinate daily tasks, materials, equipment, and workflow.
  • Maintain excellent communication with project managers and office staff.
  • Train and mentor crew members while promoting a positive team culture.
  • Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward.
Requirements
  • Commercial solar experience preferred
  • Construction leadership experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate a crew and lead by example
  • Must have your own hand tools necessary to perform the job
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel throughout New Mexico
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and environments
  • Ability to lift, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physically demanding work
