A rapidly growing Folding Carton manufacturer with multiple plants across the United States is expanding production due to increased customer demand and major equipment investments. We are currently adding new shifts, installing additional equipment, and hiring both experienced Folder/Gluer Operators and mechanically inclined individuals eager to build a long-term career in packaging manufacturing.

This position reports directly to the Converting Manager and plays a key role in producing premium folding carton packaging for nationally recognized brands across food & beverage, pharmaceutical, industrial, retail, and consumer packaging markets.

Position Responsibilities
  • Complete folder/gluer make-readies efficiently and safely
  • Operate folding/gluing equipment while maintaining high quality standards
  • Produce quality cartons for high-end retail and consumer packaging
  • Perform quality inspections throughout production runs
  • Work with Leary Gluing Systems and related inspection systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Communicate effectively with press, die-cutting, and finishing departments
  • Help support production goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards
