Are you a skilled and licensed solar electrician looking to join a dynamic team in the renewable energy industry? We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Licensed Solar Service Electrician.

As a Licensed Solar Service Electrician at Team Sunshine, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting existing solar energy systems. Your responsibilities will include ensuring optimal system performance, panel swaps, electrical upgrades and preparing sites for new installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work and experience with solar panel maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Troubleshooting: Inspect electrical systems and equipment for damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards. Proficiently diagnose and repair issues in solar power systems.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on solar systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Conduct panel swaps, electrical upgrades, and other necessary repairs.
  • Job Preparation: Prepare job sites for new solar installations, ensuring all necessary electrical components and systems are in place and meet industry standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Prioritize safety at all times, adhering to industry best practices and safety protocols while working at heights and with electrical components. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Customer Communication: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining system functionality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
