**Job Description:**

Are you passionate about renewable energy and making a positive impact on the environment? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solar Installer Roof Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of solar installers in the efficient and safe installation of solar PV systems on residential and commercial rooftops. You will ensure that installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and supervise a team of solar installers in the preparation and installation of solar PV systems on rooftops.
- Conduct site assessments to ensure the roof is suitable for solar installation and follow all safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure smooth project execution and address any onsite concerns.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure proper system placement and wiring.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation.
- Maintain tools and equipment, and ensure all team members follow safety guidelines.
- Train new team members on installation procedures and safety protocols.

**Qualifications:**
