Job Function

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales to help generate revenue for the company. He/she will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategy.

        Achieve assigned sales targets 

        Develop new customers, prospect new opportunities and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention

        Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of products, applications and technologies for the purpose of product sales

        Plan and prepare sales visits, maintain customers and update project status / activities daily

        Work with Product Marketing team to organize meetings and workshops/trainings with customers

        20%-40% travel required


Job Qualifications

   At least 4 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.

   Strong knowledge of automotive structure, development and manufacturing processes, and electrical instrumentation

   Understand and have knowledge of EV battery cell/module/pack and EV powertrain structure (inverter, motor, etc.) (Preferred)

   Ability to develop connections with major automotive/EV companies (GM, Ford Motor, Stellantis, etc.), Tier 1 auto parts companies (BorgWarner, Lear, etc.), tool vendors (AVL, ETAS, dSPACE, etc.), and automotive/battery system integrators (Preferred)

   Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent education

   Self-motivated, analytical and a team player

   Ambitious and performance driven personality

   Enjoy selling and a hands-on person

   Open-mind for cultural deference and diversity

   Candidates must be US citizen or Permanent resident.
