  • Competitive Pay: $22.00 to $40.00 /hr depending on experience & drive time bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties.
  • Perform site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar panels.
  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely and efficient installation.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solar system installations.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.


Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential or commercial solar installation.
  • Proficiency in installing solar PV systems, including mounting, wiring, and connecting components.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and principles.
  • Has own powertools.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
