We're looking for an Electrical Technician to join our growing team. In this field-based role, you'll assist with the installation of residential and commercial solar PV and energy storage systems while working alongside experienced professionals to deliver safe, high-quality installations that meet company standards and electrical codes.


Whether you're experienced in solar or looking to grow your electrical career, Renu provides classroom and hands-on field training during your first 30 days. All tools and required safety equipment are provided, and some local travel between job sites is required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • System Installation: Assist with the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems from start to finish.
  • Electrical Work: Install system components while following electrical diagrams, specifications, and project requirements
  • Quality & Safety: Perform work in accordance with company standards, electrical codes, and safety requirements.
  • Team Support: Assist the Electrical Team Lead and crew members to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain work vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
  • Field Service: Assist with electrical upgrades, rooftop work, and other field installation activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Complete training and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Requirements:

Required / Minimum

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work safely on rooftops, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
  • General knowledge of electrical work, construction, and OSHA safety practices
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
