The Solar Construction Manager plays a critical leadership role in delivering highโ€‘quality commercial solar projects that power businesses and communities across Florida and the Caribbean. This position is responsible for leading all field operations from project kickoff through completion, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, on time, and on budget.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

Education



  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)


Experience



  • Minimum 5 years of commercial construction management experience

  • Proven experience managing field employees and subcontractors

  • Commercial roofing and/or solar construction experience


Skills & Requirements



  • Minimum 18 years of age

  • Valid driverโ€™s license and insurable driving record

  • Successful Pre-Employment Drug

  • Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall

  • Ability to lift 100 LBS or more
